Cancellation Policy

At OMKART, we understand that unexpected changes can happen. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order and how refunds are processed.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is packed or dispatched.

To cancel, contact us through our official support channels:

Please share your order number when requesting cancellation.

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Important:
Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or any unofficial channel will not be considered.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • It cannot be cancelled

  • If you no longer want the product, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after the item is delivered


3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders must be confirmed via phone/WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Customers with repeated COD cancellations may have COD disabled for future orders


4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider


5. Order Cancellations by OMKART

We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock

  • Address incomplete or incorrect

  • Payment flagged as suspicious or risky

  • Operational issues preventing dispatch

If we cancel an order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed (if payment was received).
